We strive to give our customers the fastest delivery service available!

Unfortunately, due to the unforeseen situation we cannot always guarantee that your purchased item will be delivered on an agreed schedule. If you believe you have received the item too late, please contact our support team at the earliest possible opportunity. Our standard delivery times are 1-5 business days in most metro areas and 4-15 business days for more rural areas. For some areas, deliveries will only be available for collection at a local collection hub, which will be specified by the logistics carrier.

Please note that we can only deliver to physical street addresses and that a signature and Identification Card are required upon arrival for all deliveries. Customers can give authority to the courier to leave their package via the shipping instructions, however, BallsDirect is not liable for any orders lost after delivery.

In the unlikely occurrence that your goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 10 business days at info@ballsdirect.com. We will then launch a formal investigation with the courier company, once we have received confirmation that the delivery has not been successful customers will be offered either a replacement or a full refund.

If you need your order more urgently, please contact our support team to arrange an express delivery. During the busy Christmas period standard, delivery times are not guaranteed.

How much will delivery cost?

Standard delivery for all orders to Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Melbourne, Canberra and Perth will be charged depending on volume charge by the courier company, regardless of how much you buy. Delivery charges to all other regions will vary depending on how much you buy and where you live.

How long will it take to arrive?

Our standard delivery times are 1-3 business days in most metro areas and 4-5 business days for most regional areas. For Western Australia, delivery can take up to 10 days. For some areas, deliveries will only be available for collection at a local collection hub, which will be specified by the logistics carrier.
